Dow Falls, Financials Seeing Encouraging Action

Financials are showing some signs of strength. Massive capitulation over the recent months have created some buying opportunities, some professionals are speculating. One Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) UYG, which is ultra long (3x) financials, is off from a high of 70.00 to a mere 1.50.
